Presenting Your Home is here to help you sell and rent homes on an national and international level all over the United States. We market your homes for you saving you time and money. Do you hate it when you put up a home for sale and waist time dealing with looky-loos that aren't serious to begin with? Spend less time taking photos and more time looking for new clients. For a nominal fee, we will come in and:
- Work with the owners of the home(s) for sale or rent while at the home in order to gather the appropriate data.
- Take appropriate photos of the home(s) for the purpose of advertising the home(s) for sale or rent.
- Take appropriate videos of the home(s) for the purpose of advertising the home(s) for sale or rent.
- Create a general floor plan image to assist in marketing the homes(s) for sale or rent.
- Upload content to various national and international websites and keep the written material accurate for the term on one year from the date of upload or until the home sells or rents, whichever comes first.
